We accept order cancellations before shipping or production. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not possible if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The condition for a return is that the item is unused and in its original condition. It must be in its original packaging. We require a receipt for returns. Please do not return your goods to the manufacturer. Shipping costs (including returns) will be charged only once. There is no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If the product has already been shipped and the customer requests a refund, a 30% refund fee will apply.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be processed. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
